Yes. We have importers for Excel + Smartsheet (the most common starting point for small ops), and CSV/JSON for everything else. A Priority Software sync is on the Phase-4 roadmap. Migration is included in onboarding for Pro — we don't bill extra to load your data.
Each tenant gets its own database namespace. Default retention is 10 years, with 30-day rolling backups, no auto-purge. Self-hosted deployments are available for regulated industries (Pharma, GovCon).
